   For the expert mode cant help you can do better beat your previous score.
   For the specific amount of the next level each minigames have specific amount of points to advance level example if you will need to pass in order to unlock the expert mode cant.
   For the aerobics and balance games you get over 650 points to do better beat your previous score.

   Yes, I’ve unlocked some of the challenges, and I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary.

   Yes- you have to play in the Yoga/strength section to unlock them- and it’s not always about how well you do- I unlocked a pose in there for being ont it for 15 minutes
