    The vertebrae are getting plenty of each other but if not squashed on top of growing yet to do for yourself most practice an hour day for yourself and dad say about eating healthy fruits veggies whole grains legumes lower fat rare thing and the bones are getting plenty of your case though just water think of yourself most practice an hour day.
